This hotel was clean, had extremely friendly staff, and offered great food with plenty of options.

We only spent one night and unfortunately we could neither use the wellness area nor the pools. It is very centrally located, but was nevertheless quiet. The Churrascaria next door is worth a visit

The drive to the hotel was very tedious, because there was a lot of traffic and many one-way streets. Therefore, you have to plan a lot of time, even if you want to make a round trip through the city. Walking is not recommended as the area is too unsafe.

We loved the staff's kindness and their great assistance in arranging transportation. The hotel driver was always available to take us to nearby attractions of this neighborhood we didn't feel safe to walk around in at night. Also, the location was perfect as it was situated in the center of town, just a few miles away from both the Old Downtown and the New City Center. The rooms were spacious and clean, with clean sheets and a comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast was American-style and a great way to start our day.

Stayed at this chain hotel in a prime location of the city. Enjoyed being close to embassies, shopping, and international organizations. Loved the spacious lobby and courtyard, not to mention the beautiful views of the river and downtown. Room was modern and comfortable with a luxurious bathroom. the gym was well-equipped with Pilates classes and a sauna for relaxation. Breakfast and cocktails at the Priority Club lounge were excellent.

Could have more vegetarian options in the restaurant menu.

Great location for exploring the city, with good transport links nearby. Rooms were well-furnished and clean, with nice views from some rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was satisfying.

Some of the rooms were noisy due to the air conditioning units, and the Wi-Fi was sometimes unreliable. The hotel was a bit dated in places, with a lack of modern amenities.
